In all honesty, the last few days I haven't been feeling so thankful. But here's what I got:

I'm thankful for living in Ankeny. As much as I complain about suburbia sometimes, I really do like living here. It's also getting more and more fun places to go out, shop, etc. We went to Fong's Pizza on Friday with friends, and on Saturday I went to Market Café for the second time in a week. Also I live close to Target, so there's that.

I am thankful for my mom. She came up on Saturday to hang out and cheer me up after a rough week. We went shopping at a bunch of boutiques in Ankeny and *saved* so much money! (Don't ask what we spent.) We had a great time just gal-ing around town.
