So today I wrote out my goals for the next month.
Ultimate Goal
To look super hot in my bikini for my honeymoon.
Sub-Goal
Lose 3-5 pounds by February 8.
Stepping Stone Goals
Work out 30 minutes every day.
Eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies every day.
Eat and drink sensibly.
I'm hoping I will be able to stick with this. Even if the working out is only walking around the track or a workout video, I want to do it. I'm pretty good at getting my fruits and veggies in, and I usually eat and drink sensibly - except for weekends. That will be the struggle.
