My newest favorite show is Biggest Loser. It's 2 hours long and kind of a big time investment, but I think it's so inspirational. Everyone has a difficult past that led to their weight gain, and they're so determined to turn things around and work hard to improve their lives.
It's so amazing how much weight they lose a week.... some over 20 pounds in one week! I wish I had Jillian and Bob to kick my ass every day. I'm getting better, but sometimes I wish I was like a celebrity that had their own personal trainer and chef to cook them awesome healthy meals.
Hopefully soon I'll progress to doing crunches and exercises during commercials instead of eating while I sit and watch on the couch.... :)
