Home!

Well, it has been quite a while since I returned home, but I am of course safe and sound and really glad to be here!

My trip back home was pretty difficult for me- we stayed in Madrid a few days, then made our way back to Paris and Frankfurt, travelling everyday just to get to our flight back to the States. The worst part of our ending travels was that I had influenza for the whole week. Let me tell you, travelling with a fever and with every part of your body aching is not fun! But we eventually made it back in one piece.

I'm now in Ames, all moved into my new apartment and back at work at the Extension Office. I'm working at the Iowa State Fair this next week and a half, so if you are in the 4H Building, stop by and see me!
